Spraying Systems, Inc. The same force that makes your socks cling to your shirt in the dryer
can be used to improve how material is sprayed onto an object. Electrostatic
sprayers apply an electrical charge to liquids as they are sprayed
through a nozzle. The charged droplets are attracted to the spray target and are able to wrap around objects, and
even overcome gravity, giving a thorough, even coating.
Tests have shown that our sprayers give 4-10
times better coverage than conventional sprayers!
Electrostatics have been used for many years in the automotive industry
to apply paint. Our patented technology is relatively new and uses
lower voltages, making it safe for exciting new applications.
